I hope you are doing well. You need to use the suitable Configurator and Spec ID since you were using an extended Firmware version from the device. Unfortunately, we were not providing old Configurator Files here on Crowd.
On the other hand, if you have this device under your FOTA Account you may update the device to the latest ID1 Firmware version. Else, kindly can coordinate with your Sales Manager so we can further assist you.
