Hello!

I want to configure the device FMB003, but after downloading the configurator it detects it but shows that it does not support it. I would be grateful for your help.

Solved, just download earlier version of configurator. But Have second issu- there is a keypass set up. I bought this unit /20 units all together/ on the internet and used with subscription service, now have my own server with Traccar and want to move there all my 20 cars but i guess all of them are with the keypass. Is it a way to make a factory reset of the unit ?

I hope you are doing well. Were you able to use the appropriate configurator for the same Firmware version 03.27.12 Rev:93?

Thank you for the updates. Unfortunately, you either ask the vendor for the password or change the password through FOTA Web Configuration update, but FOTA Web would only be available if the vendor provided you access.
