You won’t be able to unlock those trackers yourself since password protection is a security feature. The best steps are to contact the manufacturer directly with the IMEI numbers and your purchase receipt, as they can verify ownership and provide official reset or Roofing CRM Software unlock options. At the same time, file a dispute with OLX using your receipt to address the seller’s lack of response. Avoid third‑party unlock services, as they’re often unsafe or unreliable.

There is one available method to unlock the device. You can do this via the FOTA web platform by requesting the seller to transfer the device to your FOTA account (if you have one). Once the device is assigned to your account, you will be able to unlock it.
If this option is not possible, there is no alternative method available. As per Teltonika policy, unlocking requires a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the original manufacturer. The unlock code cannot be shared directly via email or chat; it is only accessible through the official Helpdesk portal after proper verification.
