Good day, I tried all the configurators and they all said it is not supported. Can older versions be downloaded?

Good day! It appears that the device with Firmware 03.27.10 Rev: 00 is using a special version, as the base Firmware is 03.27.10.Rev.02.
On the other hand, older Firmware, such as 03.25.05 Rev:70, could not be fetched, so either you update the device Firmware to a later version or try to use the oldest Configurator.
If all else fails, kindly coordinate with your Sales Manager to assist you further, as we were not sharing any Firmware or Configurator files on the community forum. Can I update the FW by command via SMS or otherwise than via the configurator from a PC? I don’t have access to the website where the device is connected because I bought a vehicle where the device was and I want to start it

I hope you are doing well. We have another option to update through FOTA Web, but you need to have access to it. You may contact one of our Sales Managers if you want to know more about having access on your device.
