I configured eco driving on a fmb 120

But i don’t get I/O 253

Good day, Please check all the red boxes,

1. We have the calculate button where you need to fill out the vehicle details, Drive type, Transmission Type, Driving mode, Vehicle Weight, and Vehicle Power.
2. After filling out all the necessary information the calculation for the max acceleration, max brake and max cornering will come out.
3. Please also make sure that you perform the auto calibration for the accelerometer: FMB920 Features settings - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

Is autocalibration nessecary for received data? Or can we use received data without?

Yes, BTW what is the firmware you are using for your FMB920?
Kindly use the latest firmware : https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Special:Redirect/file/FMB.Ver.03.29.00.Rev.14_and_configurator.zip

Just enable the autocalibration from the device:
