After the firmware update I made to fm5300 with FM5300.Ver.01.07.79.Rev.00 and after the update finished successfully the GPS tracker flash status led rapid….the usb seems to recognised but it doesn’t connect to configurator….any ideas??? What can I do to make it back to life!

Kindly confirm whether the status LED keeps blinking rapidly when the USB is connected, or if it only blinked rapidly during the firmware update process.
Additionally, could you confirm if you are using the Configurator version specific to FM5300.Ver.01.07.79.Rev.00, or attempting to connect using a different Configurator version?
If you are using a different Configurator version, please contact your Sales Manager so they can assist you in creating a helpdesk ticket to obtain the correct version.

Thank for your reply..the device after the update when I connect the 12v blink rapidly the status led….the update procedure finished successfully… the configurator I used was included inside the firmware file… When I connect the usb it recognize the com port (make the usually usb sound) and I see it in windows devices as com4…also when I connect the usb the led stops flashing at all… I have also disconnect battery, wait for while and try to power it again with same results. I tried and install even the usb drives I had with the same results also..
