FM1204 y FM1200 No GPS signal from 01-01-2025

Hello,

I have 80 FM1204 and 20 FM1200, and all of them lost tracking functionality on January 1, 2025. The GPS units have not been sending position information since that date, and the SMS command “getgps” displays a “No GPS signal” message. I saw in another post that the firmware needs to be updated through the FOTA portal, but I don’t have access to it. My sales manager is old, but I don’t know who my current manager is so I can request access to FOTA. What could I do to resolve this?
