Starting from 1-1-2025 all FM1200 devices are not getting GPS locations, we had this problem before back at 2018 with FM4200 and we had to update to the latest firmware using FOTA app. the latest firmware i have for FM1200 is FM12.Ver.01.02.18.Rev.00 but it is still old and is not fixing the GPS problem, is there anyone can help with newer firmware version fixing this problem.
