I am currently facing an issue while configuring a Teltonika FMC150 device installed on a Renault Zoé to retrieve electric vehicle data.
The High Voltage battery level parameter (AVL ID 152) constantly returns a fixed value of 4%, regardless of the vehicle’s actual state of charge.
Please note that this issue only occurs with the Renault Zoé: when we connect the exact same device to a Peugeot iOn Active, the battery charge percentage is retrieved perfectly. The issue therefore seems to be related to the CAN profile or the specific decoding for the Zoé.
