First LED light is always yellow

Hi, our Teltocharge first LED indicator always in yellow/orange colour. What is the problem?

have you tried checking in with the app? Usually an error indicating communication error or an nfc failure.

“DML slave device communication timed out”

This means that one of the devices in your setup has disconnected.

  1. problems with signal wire, check if your connection is in daisy chain and wires are not mixed up
  2. maybe the slave device has turned off?
  3. judging by the error - update your app and your chargers to latest firmware.
