Facing issue of accessing EYE Bicon device

We have precured new EYE Bicon device two days ago.

Facing issue of accessing EYE Bicon device, there are two copies but both are not accessing by using the EYE Bicon App. One was accessing earlier but unable to access now.

Please help with the same.
