Eye Sensor with FMB120 - No Temperature and Battery data

I am using EYE SENSOR with FMB 120 (Firmware: 3.27.13.Rev.03). Sensor Connected successfully with fmb120 but not showing on Configurator niether on AVL data.

Good day, please update the firmware of your device to : https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Special:Redirect/file/FMB.Ver.03.29.00.Rev.18_and_configurator.zip

Please check if MAC address is properly configured,

Thanks for the reply but I am afraid after these changes I am unable to connect the sensor with device.
