External & Internal Battery SMS Event not sending messages

I am using an FMB204.

GSM and SMS / Call settings have been set up properly and the device can send notifications for the Auto Geofence, the anti-towing feature, as well as respond to SMS queries about locations such as ggps.

I am trying to set it up so that it sends an SMS if the external battery voltage drops under a set value. As well as, if the internal LiPo battery drops to 20% or lower.

These are my current settings :

I am switching the external battery from 24v to 12v, which the device should detect and send the SMS via the first event, but it does not seem to be working.

I suspect I have either misconfigured the Low/High parameters or the AVL ID. Any help would be appreciated
