Hello, I have an IM6 that is not being recognised by my evc2 wall charger untethered single phase (7.4kw) I am using a type 2 to type 2 mode3 up to 22kw charging cable. The car works on other 7kw chargers, the cable works on other chargers, and different cable has been used on the evc2 but same issue. Have tried all different settings and even removed load balancing to determine any issues. Firmware is the most current.
Anyone experienced this or any suggestions of what to try? Thank you.

Since the vehicle charges on other chargers, multiple cables have been tested, load balancing has been disabled, and the charger is running the latest firmware, this does not appear to be a known IM6 compatibility issue.
Could you please confirm:
If possible, please provide the charger logs from a failed charging attempt. These will help determine whether the issue is related to the charging handshake (CP communication), the vehicle, or the charger itself.

All of your suggestions (and more) were provided to Teltonika. It was finally after many weeks deemed a manufacturing issue. A new unit was provided and switched over - problem resolved - charger worked straight away. It was great that the installer (dealer of Teltonika charger) was very proactive throughout the process.
