ELD system development by using FMM00A

Hello,

Currently i am working to design ELD app using FMM00A for USA and CANADA region. I have seen the teltonika documentation that by using FMM00A tracker we can send the ELD data to the Tablet app by using bluetooth (the tablet is installed in the vehicle)

So how it is possible ? should i need to develop a piece of code which Build in my tablet that accepts the tracker ELD data from bluetooth and shown data

Provide me the details how can i achieve this.

Also provide me the Firmware and configurator that is shown in the attached image becuase the configurator which i am using is not showing the ELD tab and i am not able to get from teltonika wiki website
