DOUT1 stuck in scenario

Hi.
The DOUT1 on my TFT100 is stuck in SCENRIO. when I send the command SETDIGOUT 1 command i get the response SCENARIO.
Any ideas how to get back in normal mode? Is there a way to go back to default settings or factory reset?

Hi Maynard.
I tried to reset the configuration as told but no luck. It still says DOUT: SCENARIO.
Does the “Reset configuration” factory reset the device?
Any other ideas?

Hi Auggie,

Can you try to reinstall the firmware?
If it does not solve the issue, Please create an HD ticket or contact your sales manager to check if the device is for RMA.

Hi Maynard.
I installed the firmware and it didn’t fix the problem. When I look deeper into it I can se that DigitalOut overcurrent is stuck on 1.
Could this have something to do with it? If so what can i do to get it back to 0?
