Don't recieve SMS from FMB003

Hello, i encoutered a problem.
Can’t recieve an SMS from my FMB003.
Im sending commnds via SMS and my tracker don’t respond to me.
Command i tried [ getstatus] (without brackets) and nothing happens.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Good day, kindly follow the syntax from this wiki page to send SMS commands: FMB SMS/GPRS Commands - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

Note:

  1. Check if the SMS sending structure is correct.
  2. Check if you the device subscribed to SMS bundle.
  3. Check if the SMS is delivered to the device.
  4. There is also a chance that the device is offline on the time you send the SMS
