Do "battery voltage" refers to the 12V battery or electric vehicles' battery?

Within the data sent by FMB 120 under the ids 67 and 168, both described as “battery voltage”, refers to the 12V battery or electric vehicles’ battery ?

What about 113 and 411 (“battery charge level”) ?

67 is device battery voltage
168 is CAN battery voltage
113 is device battery charge level
411 is for OBD OEM battery charge level
