Direct connection between the FMC650 and Thingsboard CLOUD

Hello,

I would like to develop an IoT solution that collects CAN bus data from a vehicle using the CANopen protocol; the FMC could enable me to do this thanks to the ‘CAN manual’. The problem is that I’d like to connect the FMC650 directly to the ThingsBoard cloud without going through an intermediary; this doesn’t seem possible via TCP/UDP, and MQTT connectivity is only supported for AWS and Azure servers.

Has anyone managed to establish a direct connection between ThingsBoard CLOUD and a Teltonika FMXxxx?

I hope you are doing well. I am adding your query under the Discussion Board so everyone who has able to integrate FMX devices with Thingsboard Cloud can put a comment.

On the other hand, as mentioned you can integrate the device through TCP/UDP, and MQTT that supports AWS and Azure servers.
