Device stop sending data


I am having multiple FMB920 Device. Yesterday, one of the FMB920 stops sending data for couple of hours and then i see it starts to send data again. It is big issue for me that device suddenly (don’t know why) stops sending data. Although other FMB920 device which is very close to that device continuously sends data to server (so the network coverage is not the issue for that tracker). There is something bad happens at the Device level. I am attaching the LOGS of that device.

let me know the issue what happens. This is an Alarming situation for me (1.6 MB)

Good day, please try to do the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Try to update the firmware of FMB920 to the latest:
  2. It can be configuration issue please try to check the configuration file of both the devices.
  3. Check if there is any material or devices that can interrupt the GSM or the GPS signal of the device.

Right now the same tracker stops sending data from last two hour while the vehicle is moving. I am using Truphone network for France region. And after checking the network shows OFFLINE.

Might be possible the issue happens yesterday was the network goes offline that’s why we are not getting the data.

Could you let me know why the Truphone Network goes offline and online again automatically ?

It is better to raise a ticket or contact your sales manager for this issue, so that the logs and the proper filter for the dumps will be set.

I can download the LOGS file through FOTA web and no other option because the tracker is at remote location. Is that LOG file enough to analyze
