Decoding a Raw Data from FMB003 (official parser)

Hello,

i am trying to decode the raw data from FMB003 (just like here Decoding a Raw Data file from an FMB003 ), where i found this reply:

“Good day, you can use the telotnika parser which is available via Helpdesk or please contact your sales manager regarding this request.”

I tried contacting support as per the reply in this post but got answer to use 3rd party paid service.
How could i get my hands on this official parser?
