Data send from Dualcam + FMC125

Cheers,

I have an Dualcam and teltonika 125 , i have an website with an server thats allow the user to send and GRPS/SMS command in order for the DualCam to send him some last video.
The problem is the FMC125 sending the video but with about 3 kb/s (very very low) its like 2G , the sim card that i use when i put it in my phone have truly 4G and fast connection

Where i live with my sims uses these band:

Bande LTE Fréquence
B28 700 MHz
B3 1800 MHz
B1 2100 MHz
B7 2600 MHz

I hope it is not an hardware problem , can you guys help me ?

Hello @Leber,

I hope you are doing well. FMC125 is a 4G device which means the connectivity would be in 4G, otherwise you can check from this parameter on the device related to the current Network Type of the device.

An video send of rear camera with 20 fps and 640*480 take me almost 4 minutes to transfer while i am in 4G , could you please help me finding where could be the problem ?
