I am experiencing a critical charging instability issue with a newly installed TeltoCharge station (FW: v1.14.7) that features a factory-installed charging cable.
The vehicle is a Tesla, and the charging session repeatedly starts and stops every 15-16 seconds, making charging impossible.
Symptom: The charging cycle is unstable. The log shows a recurring pattern: Start charging followed by Charging done approximately 15 seconds later.
Can it be due to defective factory-installed charging cable or an issue with the internal CP controller/circuit board?

2025-11-16T11:22:57+02:00 Start charging -

Log Data: The TS Log repeatedly cites the charging limit factor as the cable, indicating a communication issue with the Control Pilot (CP) signal:
-
Current limit cause cable -
CP duty cycle 27 %(Indicates the charger is attempting to offer approx. 17.8 A, but fails to maintain the connection)
