Connections Drop - Windows Server

We currently need to have multiple Windows Servers running to accept the TCP connections coming in from our devices to the Teltonika Service running on the Windows Server.

We are seeing that when we hit 500+ TCP connections the system aborts connections to the software.
Is there someone that can point me in the right direction of what to add to the TeltonikaService.exe.config file in Windows?

Or can someone point me to a linux distribution, where I can install this service on a Linux machine instead?
