Clear all data from FMT100

Hello, How can I clear all DATA from my FMT100 units. I have tried ‘defaultcfg’ but this isn’t working even when I connect the tracker via USB. Although I have cleared the keyword I am still asked for the keyword and the Password etc

Hello @RSwift2328,

I hope you are doing well. If you have sent ‘defaultcfg’ command to the device, it would set other parameters to default. However, if the device PIN is still there, then you need to either send delkey # or reupload the Configuration through Fota Web with another PIN.
