The device is currently running a special firmware version, which may require a different configurator to access and configure it properly.
I recommend opening a support ticket so the appropriate configurator version can be provided, as it cannot be shared on public platforms. Alternatively, you may reach out to your sales manager or the vendor from whom you purchased the device—they should be able to assist you with obtaining the correct tools.
