Cannot access devices

We are a geolocation company , one of our former employees deliberately changed the authorized numbers of more than 200 of our trackers and changed the programming so that the tracker no longer automatically connects to FOTA .

is there a special way or (unlock code) command to access the tracker?

We have all the purchase documents from teltonika and can prove that the trackers belong to us.
