Hi, I have change the phone and now I cannot connect the charger to the App (I do not have old phone anymore). Charger is found in the app, but when I press add device nothing is happening. I was waiting more than 5 minutes. Also I tried with several different Iphones. Charger is working and can be started with the ecard. White lights are blinking at once. How can I add charger to the app?

Did you try rebooting the charger (turning it off and on via a breaker maybe)? When pairing does it light up in blue LEDs?
Hi, after rebooting the charger (braking the electricity) I was able to connect the charger to the App. Thanks for the help.
