Hi,
My charger has recently started to have errors locking the charger cable. I suspect it may be due to a software upgrade I did.
I cannot roll back the software to test on older versions.
The errors are:
Cable lock/unlock fail
Proximity pilot fail

Change the cable lock to AUTO.
Leave the station in this mode for about 20 minutes.
Insert and try to charge the car.
If it throws an error after 15-30 minutes of charging, unfortunately solenoid broken.
Also. Check if the cable is fully inserted and pressed in properly, For example, if the setting was on auto and someone moved or pulled the cable harder, it could have damaged the solenoid, and that’s why we now have the error/broken solenoid.
