Did you experience any power or USB interruption during the firmware update? If yes, the device may have entered boot mode.
To resolve this, please try the following:
Power off the device completely by disconnecting the external voltage supply
Remove the internal battery
Wait for a few minutes, then reconnect and power it on again
If the issue still persists after this, the device will need to be sent for RMA. In such cases, we will need to fully reflash the device and install the required firmware, which cannot be done remotely or via the FOTA web.
As per my understanding, the device needs to be connected via USB and flashed using a specialized tool to install the required firmware. Unfortunately, this process cannot be performed remotely.
For your information, if the device is under warranty, there will be no charges for this service. However, I recommend checking with your Sales Manager or the point of contact/vendor from whom the device was purchased. They will assist you with details regarding any applicable charges, issuing the RMA form, and providing the shipping address and further instructions.
