ATC700 not supported in TCT

Hello,

I recently received an ATC700 and I am trying to configure it using the Telematics Configuration Tool (TCT), but the device shows as “Not supported”.

Device details:

  • Model: ATC700
  • Firmware: 3.7.0-rc.25
  • TCT Version: 3.0.30+ad234617

I have tried the following:

  • Connecting via USB
  • Sending SMS commands (getinfo, setparam etc.) – these work fine
  • Configuring server settings via SMS (APN, IP, port) – parameters are saved correctly
  • The device has GPRS connectivity (confirmed via getstatus)
  • However, the device does not connect to my Traccar server on port 5027

My assumption is that the RC firmware (3.7.0-rc.25) is causing the “Not supported” message in TCT and may also be preventing a proper GPRS connection to the tracking server.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with the ATC700 and RC firmware? Is there a way to update the firmware without FOTA Web access?
