For the issue number 1.
The firmware are different so you need to use 2 separate configurator for each firmware versions , please download the configurator here: Teltonika Configurator versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki
- If the device is going offline it maybe because of the power disconnection issue, or network issue, usually you can configure the device to connect to FOTAWEB every 30 minutes.
For the Issue number 2:
Instead of CAN speed as movement source select accelerometer
DIN 1 as ignition source
Note please connect the DIN 1 to the ignition wire/cable of the vehicle
