In 2019 our company purchased a few FMM3001 devices, from a company that due to pandemic no longer exist. The devices are presenting several issues now, and we want to update the firmware of the devices. In this case we would like to do this via fotaweb, since the devices are not available, however since the company does not exist anymore, we cant request for the devices to be transfered.
I would like to ask if there is another way to request for the device to be transfered to us, or if it would be necessary as such to update the firmware by cable.
