X50 Web Access Fw Rule not working

Hi All,

Access from Public Internet, FW Access rule (limit to source hosts) is not working!
I can access it from any public IP!

Enable_HTTPS_WAN Traffic Rule, Enabled.
Protocol TCP, Source zone: “wan wan6 mob1s1a1 mob2s1a1”
–> Source IP address: 2 fixed public IP’s in this format x.x.x.x. (no subnet mask)
Destination zone: Device (input)
Port :443

X50 with RUTX_R_00.07.18.3 (latest per 2025-12)

Tried also move this rule to the top of the list.
Tried with a second rule just after the above, blocking everything from Public to Port 443

Any hints on what is going here?

Have you look at the configuration?

System > Administratin > Access Control ?

This rule, have by default an allow all sources…

OR

Are you look at the

Network > Firewall > Traffic Rules > edit enable_http/https_wan, edit sources and add the public ip address allowed there?

I got it working by adding the public IP to the to the “Enable_HTTPS_WAN” Rule, like “dest_ip=xx.xxx.xxx.xxx”!
