Could you please provide the RutOS firmware version currently installed on the device? You can find this in the top-right corner of the device WebUI or under Status → System.
Are you unable to connect one specific device to the router’s WLAN, or are multiple devices affected?
What type/model of antenna are you using? Is it one of the antennas supplied with the device or a third-party antenna?
What type of devices are you trying to connect to the router’s WLAN?
Are you unable to connect to both the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks, or is the issue affecting only one of them?
Are the router’s WLAN SSIDs visible when you try to connect using a smartphone or another Wi-Fi-enabled device?
Your answers to these questions will help us better understand the situation and narrow down the possible cause of the issue.
As some initial troubleshooting steps, we recommend checking the following WLAN settings:
Navigate to Network → Wireless → SSIDs and click Edit on the affected WLAN. Please verify that the WLAN is configured as an Access Point.
Under Additional Settings, check whether Hide SSID is enabled. If it is enabled, we recommend disabling it.
Under the MAC Filter section, please let us know whether the MAC Address Filter is enabled or disabled.
Additionally, could you please let us know whether the issue persists after performing a factory reset of the device?
