Wifi devices drop off and sign back on continously over days

Hi Team,

on our RUTX50 for 8 days now, all devices drop off and sign back on within the same minute, three minutes later another device shows the same behaviour, another three minutes later another device shows the same behaviour.

We have not changed any settings on the router around that time and cannot explain this behaviour. Only this behaviour has caused more than 3000 event log entries over the past 8 days. How to solve it? Thank you

Could you please clarify the following:

  • Does the device reconnect automatically after it disconnects?
  • Does the disconnection occur at regular intervals (for example, every 8 hours)?
  • Which firmware version is currently installed on your router?

This information will help me investigate the issue further.
