Where can I find FMC920 configurator for the older FW 03.28.02 Rev:197?

Hi,

I want to configure my FMC920 units, but the configurators on the official website do not support my firmware version (03.28.02 Rev:197). Where can I get an older configurator to update the device? I do not have FOTA web since I bought the units retail.

What options do I have?

I had the same issue with FMx150… I requested the configurator from a local Teltonika reseller… and receive it, after few days.

The firmware you are requesting is not a general release firmware, therefore it must be retrieved through the Helpdesk team or via a Teltonika Sales Manager.

I kindly request you to create a support ticket through the Partner Portal to receive the firmware. Alternatively, you may contact the Sales Manager from whom the device was purchased, and they can initiate the request from their side.

If you do not have contact with any of our Sales Managers, please visit our official website: https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. After clicking it, please fill out and submit the form.
Note: While filling the form, please select “Vehicle Telematics” as the topic.

You can also send an email with a description of your situation to Teltonika IoT support. When contacting us, please provide the following details:

  • IMEI number
  • Device logs
  • Configuration file
  • International GSM number
  • Firmware version
  • Any other relevant information
