WAN port not shown on one device in RMS

HI,
I have subtle situation on a RUT951 V7.4.3 where in RMS the Ports tab doesn’t show the WAN port connection and everything seems to flow from LAN as you can see from attached image


Why this?

Hard to say what could be causing the issue without checking a particular device (please do not post any device identification information here). Perhaps you have VLANs configured on the device?

no Vlan is configured on this device, just LTE a main connection and Wan as backup as we have configured many other RUT950/951 we use.

Mmmmhhh funny to say that after your answer I’ve rechecked again the device after some days and it look fine now

It could be that the table takes some time to update.
Either way, glad it’s working now.

Wait a moment we have another one now that shows the same behavior.
The arp table shows correctly the IP addresses and the Interface but this not on RMS
