Your suggested variables for Alerts & Automations have already been forwarded to the RMS development team, and they confirmed that this functionality is planned to be implemented in the future.
If the workaround proposed in the previous topic did not work in your case, unfortunately, it’s still not possible to achieve this behavior using the current delay and cool down options.
