Using script to change Modbus Alarm SMS number requires reset

With assistance I have written a few RUT200 scripts to change the SMS number on multiple Modbus client alarms in response to SMS commands.

This works well in principle but the RUT200 needs to be reset after the SMS command has been sent before the Modbus client alarms sends SMS messages to the new number. Until the RUT200 is reset, the alarm SMS messages are still sent to the old number.

Is it possible to either:

  1. Update the number from the script without resetting the RUT200?
  2. Reset the RUT200 from the same script used to change the SMS number?
