Update "guest WiFi" tutorial for RUTX?

The current “guest WiFi” tutorial for RUTX (How to set up a guest WiFi network on RUTX - Teltonika Networks Wiki) is obsolete:
“This page was last edited on 21 August 2020, at 11:58.”

Also some options are no longer there and the setup that was working when done by following that tutorial to the letter became invalid (and actually caused both guest and normal wifi outage) after one of the July FW updates.

Maybe someone ought to update it?
