Unused fmt100 not appearing on bluetooth menu when receiving power

Hi

My FMT100 is not appearing on the bluetooth menu of any device I own so I’m not able to use the configurator tool, has anyone else experienced this issue? Both indicator lights are flashing so unsure why this is happening.
