Dear Teltonika Support,
I have been trying to unlock my FMB920 device but have not received a response for several days.

This is urgent for field deployment. Here are my device details:

  • IMEI: 350612077072385
  • Unlock Request Code: 28218K3M08294h72dBDfK000
  • Firmware: 03.27.14 Rev00

Please provide the unlock code or escalate to a technical team. I have no support from the original seller and urgently need access.
