Tried to set up router for remote access. Unable to achieve remote dial in.

Do I understand correctly that you want to reach the router remotely via its public IP address?
Could you please navigate to Network → WAN and check whether the IP address shown for your active WAN interface is a public IP?
IP addresses within the ranges shown in the picture are private.
If the IP address on your WAN interface is public, try connecting a computer or phone to the router and visiting whatismyip.com. Compare the IP address shown on the website with the one displayed on your WAN interface. If they don’t match, then even though the address appears to be public, it is still behind CG-NAT, and remote access wouldn’t work in this case.
If the IP address is public, make sure you have remote access turned on in System → Administration → Access control
