Unable to login to RMS iOS app

I am currently unable to login to the RMS iOS app. I anyone else seeing this behaviour and is there a fix?

I was not able to login to the app while on site (therefore using the RUT241 WiFi). Once I left site and was on another network, login progressed successfully.

Note that when there was a problem, login had stalled at the TOTP stage.

It looks like the issue may have been related to the internet connection while you were on site. Please let me know if you experience this issue again, so we can proceed with troubleshooting.
