Unable to invite user to RMS

I am having the exact same issue as the user in this thread:

A user I had invited before did not have access to their account, so I deleted it and tried to re-add them. Unfortunately I am now getting the error “Cannot create user invitation.”

Based on the linked thread, I believe some data needs to be deleted on the back end.

It has been more than a week and I have filled out the form twice and have not gotten a reply. This is still an issue and a significant hinderance to our operations. Please advise what I should do to add this user.

I understand that this needs to be continued in a private channel, which is why I said I had seen the form you sent for private communication twice. I have not seen any emails from teltonika, aside from updates to this forum post. There are no emails in my spam folder, and I can’t manually initiate a private communication since I don’t have your email (which you obviously can’t share on this platform). I have filled out the form once more, please resend whatever form of communication you had sent previously and I shall keep an eye out for it over the next couple days.
