- Our RMS credits ended (email notification come on the last day).
- Tried RMS to request/purchase additional credits and realized there is option for that.
- Logged in to Helpdesk to file a request and…it requires a Product Code. Logically it should be RMS but it can’t find it as well as any other possible names like “network”, “router”
The question is how to create a Helpdesk ticket. Bonus question - how to purchases RMS credits.
