Unable to create a ticket in Helpdesk. Selecting Product Group does not work

  1. Our RMS credits ended (email notification come on the last day).
  2. Tried RMS to request/purchase additional credits and realized there is option for that.
  3. Logged in to Helpdesk to file a request and…it requires a Product Code. Logically it should be RMS but it can’t find it as well as any other possible names like “network”, “router”

The question is how to create a Helpdesk ticket. Bonus question - how to purchases RMS credits.



Your sales manager will be able to help you out with both - RMS credits and the Helpdesk platform. Please contact them, explain your situation and they will assist you in this matter.
