Unable to connect to the internet with static IPv4 (FW 7.04.3)

Hello there,

I have troubles connecting my modem to the Internet.
I have double checked the APN settings and connected the support from A1 and from their side everything is correctly configured.
Inserting the same sim-card into another modem works perfectly fine with the same settings.
So any ideas what to try next?

Device: TRB245
Firmware: TRB2_R_00.07.04.3
Internal Modem FW: EC25EUXGAR08A05M1G_01.001.01.001

due to strange rules i needed to replace the APN in the logs from fixip.a1.net to fixip(dot)a1(dot)net

Hello,

It seems that you are able to connect to the operator, but there is an issue with IPv4 network.

Could you try changing PDP type? For this, navigate to Network → Interfaces → Edit mob1s1a1 interface and change PDP type from IPv4 to IPv4/IPv6.

Let me know if it connects then.
