Unable to connect to the internet via my iphone 13 pro with excellent signal strength on the Rutx14?

Firstly I wanted to clarify, from your description it seems that the device detects the Sim card?

If you go to WEBUI Status → Network → Mobile, does it say Sim card inserted? Also, do you get an IP address, and a little bit below are connected to any bands? What are the average signal strengths you get?

Please check what firmware version does the device have, and upgrade it to the newest. Link : RUTX14 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Also please see if all of the antennas are correctly screwed on the device. Please clarify whether you use Teltonika original antennas, or third party?

Please also advise, in regards to the password, and the SSID you are using, if you are connecting to the router via wifi. If the details on the back of the device do not work, either reset the device, for those details to work, or if you go to WEBUI Network → Wireless → SSID’s, and edit the instance, you can see the current password which you would need to use to connect.
