I’m trying to connect an FMM230 but the program tells me it’s “not supported” ( FW 03.27.12 Rev:170 )
But I can create a configuration file with this program:
Is the same with “Telematics Configuration Tool” for windows

The error is due to mismatch between the device firmware and the configurator version you are currently using.
The configurator for the device is not from the same or a supported firmware version.
You can create HD ticket via https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you click, please fill out the form and submit it.
This way, we can share with you the configurator for this version.
